🗓️ Annual Leave Structure

Leave Type	Days Per Year	Notes
Casual Leave (CL)	5 days	Personal errands, short travel, or emergencies
Sick Leave (SL)	5 days	Medical needs; certificate needed for 2+ days
Paid Leave (PL) / Earned Leave (EL)	12 days	Accrued monthly; can be carried forward or encashed
Optional/Flexi Holidays	2 days	Pick from a pre-approved festival list
Maternity Leave	26 weeks	As per govt. rules (for eligible female employees)
Paternity Leave	5 days	Available within 3 months of childbirth
Unpaid Leave (LWP)	As required	Requires approval if paid leaves exhausted

      📌 Leave Rules & Guidelines
      Apply for leave at least 2 days in advance (except emergencies).
Medical certificate required for sick leave exceeding 3 days.
Leave balance available on the HR portal or request.
PL/EL can be carried forward (max 30 days) or encashed annually.
Excessive unplanned leaves may affect your performance review.

      Standard Off: Every Saturday and Sunday
Alternate Saturdays: May be observed depending on project schedule

Compensatory Off: For working on a weekend/public holiday
