🔷 Code of Conduct

✅ Professionalism

  • Maintain a respectful, positive attitude toward clients, teammates, and management.
  • Avoid gossip or spreading negativity within the team or online.
  • Dress appropriately, especially for client meetings or official interactions.

✅ Communication

  • Use company communication tools professionally.
  • Respond to internal messages and client queries within 24 hours.
  • Use official Vcubedigital email IDs for all client-related communication.

🔷 Work Hours and Attendance

📍 Branch Location Policy:

  • All employees must work from their assigned company branch location only.
  • Attendance and login systems function inside the office premises only.
  • Work From Home / Remote / Hybrid work is strictly not permitted.
  • Leaving the branch location during working hours without approval is not allowed.

⏰ Work Timings

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Sundays & Public Holidays: Weekly off unless specified

🕒 Attendance

  • Daily attendance is mandatory. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes must be informed.

🔷 Probation & Confirmation

New hires will undergo a 3-month probation. Performance will be reviewed for confirmation. During probation, only 2 leaves are allowed.

🔷 5. Performance Review

Performance is reviewed quarterly. Metrics include task completion, creativity, timeliness, teamwork, and client satisfaction.

🔷 Confidentiality & Data Security

  • Client information and credentials must not be shared.
  • Only company-approved tools and storage should be used.

🔷 7. Internet & Device Usage

  • Office internet is for work purposes only.
  • Freelancing or personal work during office hours is prohibited.

🔷 Client Interaction

Maintain a polite, solution-oriented tone. No commitments without management approval.

🔷 9. Exit Policy

15–30 days notice period is mandatory. A clear handover of all digital assets is required.

Actions may be taken for repeated unapproved leaves, policy violations, misconduct, or confidentiality breaches.
