π· 2. Code of Conduct
β Professionalism
Maintain a respectful, positive attitude toward clients, teammates, and management.
Avoid gossip or spreading negativity within the team or online.
Dress appropriately, especially for client meetings or video calls.
β Communication
Use company communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp, Email) professionally.
Respond to internal messages and client queries within 24 hours.
Use Vcubedigital email IDs for all client-related communication.
π· 3. Work Hours and Attendance
β° Work Timings (For Full-Time Staff)
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM β 2:00 PM
Sundays & Public Holidays: Weekly off unless specified
π Remote/Hybrid Work
Must log in by 9:00 AM via the official team channel.
Share EOD (End of Day) report daily.
Maintain availability during working hours on calls/messages.
π Attendance
Daily attendance is mandatory.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes must be informed in advance.
π· 4. Probation & Confirmation
New hires will undergo a 3-month probation.
Performance will be reviewed for confirmation.
During probation, only 2 leaves are allowed (sick or casual).
π· 5. Performance Review
Performance is reviewed quarterly.
Metrics include:
Task completion
Creativity & initiative
Timeliness
Team contribution
Client satisfaction
Incentives or promotions are based on performance, responsibility, and dedication.
π· 6. Confidentiality & Data Security
Do not share client information, passwords, or project files with anyone outside the team.
Use company-approved tools and storage (like Google Drive or Trello).
Any data breach must be reported immediately.
π· 7. Internet & Device Usage
Office internet should be used for work-related tasks only.
Do not install unauthorized software on company devices.
Personal work or freelancing during office hours is strictly prohibited.
π· 8. Client Interaction
Always maintain a polite and solution-oriented tone with clients.
Do not commit deadlines or services without approval.
Escalate client concerns to your reporting manager.
π· 9. Exit Policy
A notice period of 15β30 days is mandatory for resignations.
Handover of responsibilities and credentials is required.
Final salary and experience letter will be issued after clearance.

Repeated unapproved leaves
Client complaints or misconduct
